Rachael's tips to healthy, glowing skin:
> Always use SPF+ before stepping outside
> Cleanse morning and night
> Always wash your face with cool water, NEVER hot
> Always remove makeup before bed
> Always double cleanse at night if you’ve been wearing makeup throughout the day
> Wash your makeup brushes at least once a week > Applying eye cream: always gently pat – never rub or drag the skin!
> Drink plenty of water (it's never too much!)
> Avoid popping pimples as it may lead to spreading of bacteria beneath the skin
> Change your pillowcase at least once a week
